2. Product structure description

Wiring method: Wire injection is required.

Maximum incoming wire diameter: Φ8.2mm

Connector contact parts and plating: Copper Φ2.35mm.

Contact parts plastic: nylon, 260℃ temperature resistance, V-0 level flame retardant.

Waterproof rubber ring: silicone.

External injection moulding: nylon.

3. Test

3.1 Electrical resistance: According to GJB1217-1991, method 1005, between conductor and insulator, test voltage (rms) AC 1500V / 50Hz, after 1min without breakdown or flying arc, super leakage current less than 2mA.

3.2 Insulation resistance: In accordance with GJB1217-1991, method 1005, between conductor and insulator, test voltage (RMS) DC 500V, insulation resistance greater than 1000MΩ at room temperature and pressure.

3.3 contact resistance: under normal temperature and pressure, round waterproof connector male and female plug state, contact resistance ≤ 10mΩ.

3.4 salt spray test: unplugged connectors in accordance with the provisions of GJB1217-1991 method 1001, connectors subjected to salt solution concentration of 5% sodium chloride solution, temperature 35 ± 2 ℃ neutral salt spray test after 48h, no corrosion affecting performance.

3.5 Waterproof performance: at room temperature and pressure, waterproof Circular Connector male and female plugged into a good nut, placed in 1m deep water, the test time of 4h, no water seepage inside the connector phenomenon. Cooled at room temperature and pressure for 30 minutes, the test to 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 requirements.

3.6 Separation force of contact parts: single hole separation force of 1.0-3.0N.

3.7 Mechanical life: test in accordance with GJB1217-1991 method of 2016, contact parts plugging 3000 times, contact parts friction surface allows slight wear of the coating, but does not reveal its base metal, does not appear to affect the performance of mechanical damage, after the test test contact resistance in line with the requirements of test section 3.3.

3.8 Intermatching: The free connector and the fixed connector of the same type and specification shall be completely mated and separated.

3.9 Environmental suitability: The product shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1 after being subjected to the conditions described in Table 1.

3.10 Test method: Unless otherwise specified, normal temperature and pressure shall mean a temperature of 15°C to 35°C, a relative humidity of 45% to 75% and an atmospheric pressure of 86KPa to 106KPa.
